They went over and above of what they typically do for clients. And very fast too. It only took them 4 minutes to respond to my initial contact. I have used them for years and will continue to do so.

I've been a customer of ICDsoft.com for over 20 years. Every once in awhile I come across an issue I just can't get past. One thing is for SURE: if you open a ticket in SureSupport, you will get timely responses (typically 5-15 minutes.) They will stay with the issue until there is a resolution. They are very patient too! Here is my review on Mastodon: "In case anyone is looking for a most excellent #webhosting service, I have your answer: ICDsoft.com They have been #hosting sites for me for over 20+ years. They have THE best tech support and competitive pricing for all levels (beginners, businesses, etc.) They have integrated #Wordpress management now. I can't say enough good things about this service. #TopNotch Hit me up if you are interested. I can push you a discount for setting up your first domain (or xfer from GoDaddy or similar ilk)" Go with the best hosting service with THE best customer and tech support: ICDsoft

If you are looking for hosting or you are working as reseller , so you need a company that offers you two main points First, the quality of hosting then second, fast and efficient technical support. This is exactly what I got from ICDsoft One of the best hosting companies in the world ever Tech support is super awesome The hosting quality is very high The prices are appropriate, excellent, and much less than the value of the service provided I can say that they are a big reason of my success in this field

ICDSoft has had lightening fast, accurate, and helpful service for more than 2 decades. Any bot could have written that statement, so let me put it in perspective. I've been with ICD since March, 2003, and I've pointed every one of my contacts to use their service. Why? We had a weird problem with mail forms not arriving. We had some clue from an error messsage, and sent that error message to support. Support responded in minutes with the identified problem (caused by lame programing of the mail script) and the solution, and they casually asked if we wanted them to implement the solution. That last part was the extra mile, the 110% effort. Yes please! And that scenario has repeated itself over and over again. When I talk to my team about "quality," I use ICD support as the example.

Been a customer since 2001. This is the best hosting there is. They are smart, attentive, up-to-date on the latest tech, no - I repeat - no intrusions. They know what goes on on their servers. Grateful, Terry Melanson conspiracyarchive
