Beyond stellar service Every single support rep I've worked with has been amazing and thorough, walking me thru each issue step by step with patience and care. This is by far the most complete and pleasant customer service experience I've ever had in any industry.

Best webhost on the planet bar none. I've been running websites for over 20 years. Best value, very responsive tech support. A control panel that permits a very hands on approach. I'll never use another host again.

I own a computer repair facility. Fixing computers does NOT mean we know everything about programming and the inner workings of domain providers. As such, my email box was full and I couldn't figure out how to empty some of them (it is not as easy as deleting a few) when my emails go back years and years. I contacted sure support, explained the temporary solution I had and they fixed it within minutes of me contacting them. Sure Support and ICD soft are the best!

Our website was hacked. I don't have advance experience with WordPress except building pages so trying to get the website up and running was overwhelming. So today around 2:10PM I contacted ICDSoft over the live chat and was assisted by Operator 59. They were extremely helpful and patient beyond measure. I was absolutely clueless of where to even begin with this. It took some time but we got everything squared away and the website back up and running. Thank you!!
