Horrible company do not order from them. Terrible customer service. Ordered product waited two weeks to receive it completely the wrong product. They sent me a return label after about a week of waiting for a response. Email and I have to wait until the old product gets to their return facility, which will take probably another week or two for them to ship the correct product even with buying the product protection Overall, terrible experience do not recommend them at all

The customer service is a ZERO! I ordered a paint pen from this company and they shipped it to the wrong address. The picture it was " delivered to" was not my house. I proved this and I contacted them numerous times fighting with them and they REFUSED to resend it to the right address. So, they earned this bad review and will never get my business.
