I love this bottle! I bought two of them and decided to gift one of them to my son. When we filled it up and started it ,we found that it leaked .The bottle was missing a gasket. I contacted customer service and received a reply within hours. They are sending me a new bottle. I already got notified that the bottle has shipped! Now that is stellar customer service!

After contacting the support team because my glass bottle broke and the customer service person offered to replace the unit because they had no replacement parts, I think that’s what companies should do to fix there customers coming back and referring their friends!

Love this bottle and the benefits I see from it daily. I use it to take my vitamins and before workouts and definitely feel the benefits.

I have been using Hydroh water bottles for several months now. I suffered from brain fog, fatigue and inflammation, since using this system the brain fog has cleared, my fatigue has lessened and my inflammation has decreased, averaging 5-6 bottles a day. I have just ordered 6 bottles of the new pro system,, 1 for me, 1 for a friend who had a stroke, and 1 for another friend who suffers from motor neurons disease to which I will give you updates on how these bottles at 8-9 ppm work with their specific issues Thank you to the ladies Maliska and Amelia for their amazing efforts to keep things running smoothly for me, and chasing things up, I'm ever thankful, I'm not the easiest to work with, ( brain injury) Thank you ladies. I will continue to work with this exceptional company well into the future. Excellent product, excellent service 😍

I ordered 2 hydroh bottles 3 months ago and I contacted hydroh about some damage with my bottles, and they're sending me replacement I'm so grateful for this, I enjoy using my bottles

From day one, the customer service has been great. I ordered two bottles, and unfortunately, the second one wasn’t charging properly. Meliska was very helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. I haven’t noticed a big change yet, but I’m happy to keep using the bottle. My only suggestion would be to size up if you intend to purchase a bottle. The standard bottle is average in capacity, so I find myself constantly refilling it.
