Nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen
Nooit mijn bestelling ontvangen. 85 euro weggegooid. Jammer dat ik geen 0 sterren kan geven.

The features to process payment are…
The features to process payment are strange: two options for visa/ Mastercard and then also a PayPal option. This is unusual as we typically use a system called ideal for online purchases in the Netherlands. There was no confirmation page for processing my payment or order. Receiving emails for order confirmation and shipment listing different email addresses and company names which are irrelevant to hydro flask. I cannot contact any customer service agent through the fake company.
