I had issues with the metal hinge…
I had issues with the metal hinge digging into my leg leaving a large blister and now a scar - I have reached out the company and have received no response

Poor craftsmanship.Made in china junk...
Poor craftsmanship.Made in china junk.Seams coming apart right out of the package. Claims to fit size 13--14, measures up to 13. too small for my feet.

Product doesn't perform as shown.
Product doesn't perform as shown. The thumb brace is very uncomfortable to the fit. The Velcro strip at the thumb is short

VERY diappointed!
NO replies to emails. Can not logon to check order status. Will not send tracking info. Don't have any idea if the order has been processed, or shipped or ignored. Very poor customer service.

The worst customer service
My experience was horrible! Says 2-3 shipping and that’s not what was delivered. The customer service manager was rude and disrespectful when I reached out to get a clear understanding as to when I would receive my package for my fitting at physical therapy. She even went so far as hanging up on me after belittling me and insulting my intelligence. Therefore, my product wasn’t received in time I have no use for it now because It’s after my appointment and I can’t get it molded properly to my back. I was told i had to pay to ship it back once received on top of a 20% restocking fee. I will NEVER order from here again and have informed my physicians not to refer anymore of her patients to this company. So disappointed. Waste of money.

The return policy stated on the website…
The return policy stated on the website is apparently not the actual policy .Purchased a back brace which the doctor would not let me us..,and yes opened the package to see if it fit,,no return because package open? I guess they quit responding to e-mail when I said it was open,website says open the package on a back brace is OK to return.

Company did not call me back , could not change order
I ordered a product online and quickly realized there was another product that suited my purposes better. I called HPMS and left a message to please contact me prior to shipping as I wanted to make a change to my order. I never received a call back and the product I received was not exactly what I wanted.
