The ice cup works as expected and is a great improvement over ice in a washcloth or in a dixie cup. Delivery was speedy.

I am very pleased with company rep Jaylene, she processed my order, she was very professional and patient with me. There was some difficulty with product numbers, but she worked through them and placed my order exactly, and I received shippment very quickly.

Great place to buy all your medical support aids, I had a problem at first with the sizing chart and getting the right brace for my knee, but the personnel worked with me on a speedy return, and with obtaining the right support brace that I needed. I am very happy with the product I bought and the way that HPMS treated me. Thanks Don Holman
