Overall, a great service… I have been using the service for about 2 years now. The system has improved my invoicing/ estimating 100%. No complaints from customers … easy to understand billing statements . I have a couple issues I would like to see improved. Again overall, worth the monthly cost. Never any downtime …

Great program but issues can and should be worked out internally with the software. In person Support staff is great, online support not so much. Worth the money, but could be a lot better with a fair amount of thought and programming from tech.

I love everything except I wish you sent auto text reminders either a couple days before or the day before. -I love the prompting of tips -the app is pretty easy to use -love the on the way and ending texts

Great software for small business. Just needs inventory management, then it would be 5 stars.

I think there's room for improvement. Wish I didn't have to knock a star but I have a big issue. I love the fact that housecall pro gets me lots of reviews from my customers. But reviews on houscall are not seen by 95% of my potential customers. There needs to be a way to get all of the reviews onto Google, not just the gmail reveiws. A couple other minor things I would change but overall I'm very satisfied with Housecall Pro. I just really feel that the reviews given by most of my customers are pointless because they aren't seen on Google, which is where I get 95% of my business. That really is the only reason for knocking a star. Housecall has made my scheduling, invoicing and credit card processing so easy. I'm sure I'll stick with them for many years to come.

Works great with our HVAC company. Could use some basic upgrades like personalized forms and customer specific reminders. Would recommend.

Everything is great. I almost signed with another software company because they have a lot more to offer but it was too complicated so I stayed with HCP because it is user friendly. I just wish HCP had more to offer and I am sure, in time, they will. Been with HCP 3 years and it works for my company, for now. Roland is awesome and I want to support his company.

I was extremely satisfied with Housecall Pro. As a small shop, it does what I need. The online chat feature is very responsive and has answered every question I had.
