The instant chat and quick support…
The instant chat and quick support response is great. Took a while to use to the interface. Could use an updated list of available distro's. I had to download and install from an ISO to get Debian 10.

Good service with minor setup hiccups
Thus far everything seems good. I really like the online console is able to see the boot process. That was one of my requirements. The only issue I had is that my graphical terminal could attach to SFTP but no text was displayed in the terminal window. The issue seems to have resolved itself, so I appear to be good to go.

Good service, works great
Good service. There are a few important broken links so far in the knowledge base. Wouldn't recommend for inexperienced users.
