meet some trouble, I have changed the server access password on the web page, but I'm not be noticed cleanly that the server need be rebooted to apply the change, it wastes me much time.

I was unable to review / change my cart before submitting the order. Either I missed a link/command button to do so or there was nothing there.

Had to cancel my initial order as the IP assigned to my first VPS had already been flagged by Google as belonging to a deceptive site and support was unable to just change the IP. Cancelling was easy and I didn't have to jump through any additional hoops to request as refund as the option was presented immediately upon cancellation request. My second order was processed even more quickly than the first and went much better than the first. No complaints with the services so far.

Great service! Quick response if problems are encountered. Excellent uptime! Affordable rates (at the time of this review). Would definitely recommend!
