Just started with Hostwinds a few days ago. So far, the customer support has been outstanding! I subscribed to a managed VPS server, and the process could not have been easier. Straightforward, intuitive menu layout, and plenty of support docs and help. I got tired of managing a VPS on one of the bigger name providers, and decided to give Hostwinds a try. So far, so good. No, so far, great!

All fine and as expected

I found this host while looking for an alternative to my current host whose support was suddenly reduced and being charged for and my site was dropping throughout the day. Their online chat is constantly manned by people who can answer all questions. They action everything you ask and are polite and helpful. I placed my order just before I went to bed and they had delivered a VPS with Plesk installed and ready to use before I got up. A* for communication and delivery.
