Incredible customer follow up!

First timer here! Amber Neubig has been super helpful through this entire process. She and her team have delivered a wonderful experience from the very beginning. I just started my first investment, and the process was painless, which I was pleasantly surprised. If you have doubts about moving your money over to Horizon because you are not experienced, fear not! They gave me the "hand-holding" I needed.
