My experience overall has been great. Brandi was helpful with the account application. Dana especially helpful with the transfer of funds and further clarifying the multiple questions I had. Their guidance and information made me feel confident in opening a SDIRA with Horizon Trust.

3/25/25 Had an issue setting up my portal I contacted Horizon and talked to Ben. Ben was very professional and walked me step by step through the process of setting up my access.

I contacted Horizon and immediately got a live person on the phone. Amber has been excellent to communicate with and prompt with follow-up. I have a really good feeling about my transaction! Murray
