I had an amazing representative assist me this morning. She was patient with me. She helped me lock into my account and answered all my questions. I called and inquired about information on my account that I wasn't able to visible see; she also answered the question about regarding making a transfer. She knows Horizon Trust products, where to find the information, I requested. This is excellent customer service. A huge thank you to the young lady who assisted me.
