The customer service I received was great. I was worried about the shipping, as I am in Canada, where a strike is happening. Several team members reassured me that everything was being done to make sure that I received my shipment on time, and I did ! My Pro Mat was just a bit out of the warranty time. The experience of getting it resolved and Higherdose willing to support covering it because it was just a few days outside of the warranty time was so great. Other technical issues from the many products we have purchased have always been supported immediately and resolved. The quality of the product itself and the quality of the customer support experience is one of the best I have had with any company.
