My honest 💯 % review ! The feedback is there ! What I mean is when I need assistance they do respond.. not the fastest but they try their best to get to everyone. I bought my hey Abby 420 edition and I can’t be upset it took me 3 times to finally get my grow to fully sprout . Now the plant that’s growing well.., it’s a f***** monster in a cabinet lol 😂 • I’m not a paid actor ! S*** I wish they send me another box of gold & silver 🫠 🙃 Ps. Don’t get anything that’s gonna grow tall ! They will get better if we give them the best feedback possible.. Software needs improvement 👀 •Beginner mode needs light adjustment just like pro mode. •Logout happens after doing task Thank you team Abby for all your guys love and support 🫡🙏 I’m still supporting you guys because I do believe u guys can improve!

Had a great experience purchasing the 420 edition. At first I ordered the soil edition sent an email in distress and within 24 hours customer service responded with great news, since it was a pre-order I was able to pay the difference and ultimately receive the hydroponic 420 edition. Keep up the good work!

I really like my box, it shipped well!! The email response team is great and quick, and nothing was damaged! HOWEVER! MY COMPLAINT IS I feel I was price baited, I paid almost $700, then damn near the day after they came out online and advertisements all over my phone and in emails to my account about the same box I just got for $400 🤬🤬, I just feel like I was hustled into paying the absolute most on the website when again on thier website the next day they (right in my face) they let me know everyone else can get it for $300 less than you... I was so angry...to this day I'm still angry....makes me not even want it any more...and I was going to upgrade. But I'm not spending money on it at all so that's not even an option, but it's sad because other than that, ? I was very pleased with the set up! Very sleek..very portable..great looking , good vibe with furniture and again the service has been outstanding. Just like i said got jerked on the price so I couldn't give it a higher rating...but great job guys 👏 👍 👌

So far so good. Had a little problem at the beginning, when I 1st got it, but they figured it out, it was my error, not their's. I may get another later

I am taking it that this rating means overall. The 420 works as expected. The only thing that I had to do is add weatherstripping to the inside of the door because of the gaps. The support group is great and knowledgeable!
