I had a one on one with Dan and he was great, helped me setup my bots and explained every question I asked.

Dan was very helpful in directing me and helping me setup the right strategy from 19 to 25 which is more what I was wanting in trading opportunities, and helping how to connect to prop firms.

Dan was exceptional. In addition to being fully conversant in both Hexgo and Ninja Trader, he was extremely patient. Knowing the products and actually getting a customer to follow his directions are two different skills. He walked me through the entire setup step by step. His calm demeanor helped take the stress out of a complicated software setup. I didn't stand a chance of doing it on my own. While I hope to not need his help again, it is comforting to know that he will be there.
