They responded promptly, the only thing was that it almost took a day to receive my prescription to the farmacy to be filled.

Experience was fine, however, typical treatment options using the medication requested for the symptoms I’m experiencing run for 7-10 days and I was only prescribed enough medication for five days. I’m concerned about stopping the antibiotics only to need another prescription which could increase my chance of developing a resistance to this drug.

For some of those who have Kaiser, this was an alternative to spending 3-4 hours in urgent care or waiting a month for an appointment with my PCP. For a Baby Boomer, the website is relatively easy to navigate. I would suggest including something that lets me know when I'm done, and confirming my order. Also contact info for a live person if needed.

Originally left a 1 star review regarding slow shipping time that didn’t match what was advertised on their website. They reached out and made it right by calling in a prescription for me for no additional charge.

I’m Lowkey scared they might double charge me lol or somthing but everything went smooth, I’ll comeback with an update in the product use. Although it seems a bit sketch .
