I was very impressed with the ease of the signup process with HelloMD. The doctor who gave me a recommendation did surprise me by holding up to the camera a suggested product for me to use.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The Dr. Listened to me and was very insightful. All around a positive experience.

Good customer service tools, but getting an answer to Chat question took long.

Good people. Good price. Very convenient; no need to go anywhere. But, if you don't have access to very current technology (e.g. iphone4s won't do) it's not happening for you.

It problem getting my reccomendation in a short period of time.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after talking with the dr, she was great. She was very informative, and even suggested other ways I could treat my condition. Only wish is that they offered a exemption to limits.

The HelloMD site experience is good & professional -- when accessing directly...but was incredibly difficult when trying to navigate via the GreenRush partner interface. Bottom-line is that the HelloMD site is best utilized on a stand-alone basis.

Fast, convenient and thorough service. Doctor gave me recommendations specific to my issues that I hadn't thought to try before. A couple hiccups with the App that took off a star. First had trouble selecting my birthday, date kept switching back to today's date, finally figured out you have to select the year first. Then the camera in the app would not work, I would select "Allow camera access" but it did not work for photos or video. Had to go out of the app, into my settings, and turn the camera access on for the app. Otherwise an impressive service.
