Christmas present
I ordered a cosmetic set as a gift for my 10 years old daughter for Christmas . You have sent me, but we haven`t received this order neither on Christmas, no on New Year. Now (01/09) this order still in transit. When I asked you why my order haven`t delivered, you said that order had shipped. I won`t recommend someone to order online ahead of holidays!

Absolutely terrible service.
Absolutely terrible service.. easy to order but not easy to find help related to order.. my order was on 27th dec and I still haven’t received shipping tracking .. like I said in my last review by the time I get this my daughter’s bday would have passed and your goods will be useless to me.. resending me the review won’t changed my mind so pls don’t send it to me again. UPDATE!!- it is now 23rd Jan 2026 almost a month after I placed my order. I have had no update on my order or shipping notification.

Ordered Christmas gifts on 11/28
Ordered Christmas gifts on 11/28, order never arrived and was not even shipped on 12/23 so I cancelled order…will never order directly from Bubble again

Super delayed shipping, rude customer service
Super delayed shipping. Rude condescending customer service. Full order did not arrive and rather than shipping missing item which I wanted as a late Xmas gift, got a refund

Pre ordered and never received because they took too many orders.
They sold out and I never received it. Even though I pre ordered. I was emailed I would receive it when they had more and I would receive a refund and 3 gifts only received one gift. I appreciate the refund though.
