I want my bubble free

Wet bummed that I got this for me and a group of teachers and the chapstick part of it falls off the cap . We wear them on our lanyards and now one teacher already lost the chapstick park so it is now useless.

The lip balm was ok but I only got to use it once because when I put the the cap back on it it fell of and I never found it

I never even received my package

My daughter loves bubble but for her birthday I ordered her the new chapstick and the charms that you can hang off if it. ALL the charms broke :( and I can usually fix things I’m pretty handy but they completely broke and I wasnt able to fix it. She was so sad. Threw money right out the window :(

My package got sent back because of the wrong address i talked to someone and they said they would send it back agin. when they did it got canceled I tried to re-send it to my right address but it cost me extra money so i never got the package.

I ordered the chapstick with the chain and 5 charms. I received two charms in one pack and three in the other. The shipping invoice showed they shipped the chapstick and chain plus a 5 pack of charms which is what I ordered. I sent a message to find out where my chapstick is and they said it wasn’t shipped because it is back ordered. But my shipping invoice shows it was shipped and I can’t get an answer as to when I can expect it.
