I was going on a trip where I wasn’t able to have my birth control but thanks to the Alpha Medical team, they were able to send my prescription to a pharmacy for pick up so I can stay on track :)

such fantastic customer service! I was having issues with the re-intake form for my prescription and the customer service specialists went over and above working with me to resolve the issue. Even at 9 PM on a Sunday night!!! I'm so impressed and will continue to recommend Alpha Medical to all my girlfriends. I'm even considering having my college aged daughter sign up for the teledoc service bc our insurance doesn't have any providers in the area where she attends school. Thanks for options!!!
