Poor customer service response
Their customer service seems to be poor. I have called and sent an email regarding an order I placed. No response. Buyer beware…

They are absolutely fantastic
They are absolutely fantastic - got my APAP machine in under a week (would've taken 3-6 months at a normal hospital, because a first consultation appointment was already 3 months out). Life saving.
