The item I received was not the item I…
The item I received was not the item I ordered but I wasn't goin to wait for however long it would take to return what I got and the wait for what I actually ordered if the option was given 0 stars

The only item I have ever purchased…
The only item I have ever purchased from them was defective and was broken within the first time filling it. They gave me a refund but I was looking forward to having the actual product. Now I do not trust the other shops that sell these because i don't like this.

They sent me a defective pipe I…
They sent me a defective pipe I contacted them they said they would replace. One month later I get an e mail that says they have refunded me half the price. Will not ever consider purchasing from them ever again.

Took months to get anything from them…
Took months to get anything from them and they all came in separate orders at different times I waited a minimum of a month for the first piece I didn’t even receive one and they have to refund me two months later!

They took 2 weeks to get the product…
They took 2 weeks to get the product delivered and refused to cancel the order when it had not shipped for a week.

product broke within a day of using and…
product broke within a day of using and i received no response from support when i asked for a replacement/refund.

Out of stock
Ordered a candle and two weeks later no notification or email or product received. When I inquired by email, product was out of stock. Received nothing to notify me before i had to make the effort and now I still have to contact them for a refund, which IMO, should have been automatic.

We've called you on the phone number we have but it is invalid, (244) 649-5931 We really wanted to fulfill your order, Beamer Candle- Smoke Killer Collection 12oz Mason Jar - Various Scents Unfortunately, this item is no longer being offered. We understand that the refund should be automatic. As per our company's policy, we still give our customers the liberty to choose to replace the orders that are out of stock or discontinued. As per your request, we have processed your refund and you should receive an email confirmation. Kindly note, that it takes 3-5 business days (varies per bank) before it gets credited back to your original mode of payment.
