I receive a double order of a product and only order one. one charged my Discover Card $53.45 on March 17 and the second one second on March 23 for $52.37,however I had opened it and therefore can not return it. t

The catalog online is difficult to navigate. I couldn't find the exact product version that I wanted, so the item I bought was not the size or strength I desired. I'd like to change it for the next order.

Because I did not see measurements on the pads I ordered, what I received was much too large. Because I had opened one of the two packages, could only return the unopened one. I paid over $50 for the two packages. Despite your "full money-back guarantee" statement that if I'm not completely satisfied, I would receive a full refund or credit to my account and would not have to pay shipping, the representative I spoke to on the phone told me there is a $10 charge for the return shipping label. The most I would get in return was $16. This did not please me, and I may just cancel my next order.

The delivery was slow and inaccurate

Took a little longer than expected with delivery but understandable based upon what is happening in the world today. Cost was twice as much as what I could obtain through Amazon but they couldn't guarantee a delivery.

I was disappointed that the Tena Guards came in box that had not been reversed. As a result delivery was not "discreet".
