I still haven't received my full order. I'm 40 briefs short of my order.

I was really disappointed with my order. I thought they would be more like panties like the trial package I received. I think they fit more like Always and not as well.

My order took for ever to arrive

FIRST was not delivery at home.........had to go to the Post Office to pick up a big BOX full of advertising material. I am sorry but for $ 27.00 what I received was a sham. M.M.

MOST OF MY PURCHASES WERE THE WRONG SIZE. There was a glitch with my computer or their order form such that I could not verify details of orders placed.

what you advertised was deceptive. I thought I was getting a a box of the material that looked similar to a "aluminum foil box" - what I received was a slim envelope. I sent an email to customer service, so far, no response

I ordered Covidien (Kendall) Wings Choice Plus Briefs, but the briefs that we received were not this brand. We get these all the time, and what we did receive were lower quality. HDIS does not pay for return shipping, which is expensive, so I'm donating the briefs. I understand that return shipping is expensive, so it may not be cost effective for the business, but that makes it more important to ship the correct product.
