They keep forgetting to put my disposable bed pads on my order. Every month i have to call. And have them add them to my order.

contact and delivery were quick and on point. but unfortunately we were sent Additional supplies we asked to be stopped until turned back on again. while they won’t go to waste because we can donate them, it is frustrating that my insurance if being billed for supplies we don’t need. thanks 👍🏼

The incontinence product my daughter originally received worked well for her, however, it was recently changed to a product that works more like high-grade tissue paper stuffed with cotton. We have to spend more money because the frequency of changes has increased.

The new system through me off a bit snd I was delayed in getting my supplies now things seem to be better The quality of the pull ups is not great

my order was delivered complete this month. I only received the under pads. I didn't receive the pullup diaper box

Customer service reps do not do enough to fix issues with doctors as they arise, leaving it up to patients to contact the dr and fix whatever the problem is. Essentially you introduce a middle person that is not familiar with medical rules, requirements, billing codes and has to communicate these problems to the dr. This has caused the delay of shipments and my not having CGM’s in time for continuous coverage on too many occasions. There has to be a better way.
