HayU are getting better and better. Brilliant customer service with issues I had regarding quality of programmes via Amazon Firestick but always very helpful and a great selection of programmes.

I’ve been subscribing to Hayu for about 3 years and love it. I too had the same issues in the beginning but the issue is subscribing through Apple App. I contacted hayu and was advised to register through Amazon Prime and I’ve had no issues since. Hayu were extremely helpful in rectifying my problem.

Great customer service .. got back right away with problems i had with google play and Hayu. Hayu told me how to fix the problem and gave me a coupon for 3 free month

Had been charged two times per month for a while, but the customer service was very nice and helpful, and I got the extra payments refunded within 5 days.
