HauseitReviews of hauseit.com

Elisa was always reliable, responsive, attentive, prepared and overall extremely helpful in both the search and execution of buying my dream home. Would recommend her and her strong team to anyone looking for great service and a reliable and honest brokerage firm.

Amazing experience working with Adam and the team at Hauseit! We recently purchased a new home and reached out to Hauseit to take advantage of a the closing credit for home buyers. It was a great experience. Adam represented us well through the transaction. And about a week after closing we received our closing credit worth 2% of the purchase price. When we purchase another home, Adam and the Hausheit team will be our first call!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Dav Ren Gao as my real estate agent for selling my co-op apartment, and I cannot praise his services enough. Throughout the entire process, Dav showcased exceptional professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping me achieve the best possible outcome. From the moment I engaged Dav as my listing agent, his knowledge of the co-op market was evident - he conducted a thorough analysis of recent sales in my building and the surrounding area, enabling us to set a competitive and realistic asking price. Dav's expert guidance was instrumental in positioning my property attractively to potential buyers. Dav helped with every step from meticulously preparing my apartment for showings to ensuring the apartment is ready for closing. Dav's dedication has truly made a difference. Throughout the selling process, Dav exhibited excellent communication and responsiveness. He promptly answered my questions and provided regular updates on the marketing efforts, including showings and feedback from potential buyers. Dav's expertise in handling co-op transactions was evident, as he navigated the complex paperwork and liaised with the co-op board, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Dav made the entire selling experience for me much easier and stress-free. I wholeheartedly recommend Dav to anyone considering selling or buying, or renting or anything related to his area of expertize - his exceptional market knowledge, attention to detail, outstanding communication, and negotiation skills make Dav an invaluable asset - with Dav by your side, you can rest assured that you are in capable hands.

Mateou is a committed buyer's agent. I appreciate all the work that he put in to complete my purchase. He was responsive throughout the process, and would schedule home tours immediately upon request. Never once did I feel pressured to complete a sale, nor did Mateou waver in his support during my yearlong search for the perfect starter home. I would recommend Mateou to anyone who is thinking of buying or selling property in the city. He knows his stuff, and knows how to get things done.

I have used Hauseit both for purchasing and for selling my NYC properties. They connect you with professional brokers and I couldn't be any happier with the broker they connected me with, Dav Gao from HomeDax. As a buyer, they helped me look for a property suitable for me and took care of everything from board application to coordinating with management. As a seller, they took care of everything from professional photos to arranging with the tenant for showings, helping the purchaser with board application, coordinating with attorneys and management, etc. Dav also helped me get multiple offers on first open house all well above ask! If you're looking to buy or sell in NYC, try Hauseit and you won't regret it!

We are extremely satisfied with the service Hauseit and Mateou Thelusma provided us. We were referred to him by Hauseit since we were first-time home buyers. We really appreciate how he accompanied us on showings, educated us and advised us through the entire process. He made the complicated process simpler for us to understand. He was always courteous, patient and attentive to our specific needs. In addition, He always willingly made himself available whenever we reached out to him. He provides great customer service and is also a great advocate for his client. We would highly recommend him, his services and Hauseit to anyone !

This was our first time buying in New York City and there was a lot to learn. I watched some very informative videos from Nick at Hauseit and contacted him to help us find a condo in Manhattan. He put us in contact with Dav Ren Gao, who ended up being our buyer's broker. Over 2 long weekends, Dav showed us 23 different places. He was very attentive, patient and knowledgeable. He responded to all of our questions in a timely manner and expertly guided us through the whole home buying process. We highly recommend Hauseit and our agent Dav Ren Gao.

Hauseit is the future of real estate. I tried the assisted FSBO and it was very well done. I was very worried about any hiccups since I wasn't sure what to expect, but everything was set up very well. The automation was done well. There were a couple things I had to follow up with, but they were very responsive and helpful. I would recommend the FSBO option as their process is very streamlined. Of course any DIY option is difficult so I recommend doing a lot of research, buy a phone call with them for any questions or advice. Appreciate Hauseit's flexibility and help. Look forward to using them again in the future!
