Placed my order over 2 weeks ago and no delivery. Just emails saying they are struggling with production due to high demand yet they keep sending out offers. I have requested a refund through my bank. Please avoid this company at all costs

READ REVIEWS FIRST! Don't buy this stuff, it's on TEMU and EBAY for £2 or £3 free delivery. Arrives from a different company, not in UK (china) AVOID

Bought as implied on site that it was from UK and made in small batches but when arrived was not Harvest and Hive but Green and sister. Had email saying some batches were from them but how can it be small batches if able to supply at least 2 brands? Also had another order arrive - this time Harvest and Hive but I was concerned I had inadvertently set up a subscription so emailed them to the effect that I did not want a subscription but I have never heard back. I get plenty of order offers and requests for reviews but have heard nothing from query. In the end I contacted my credit card company to block any payments to them in future. It’s a shame as the tallow and honey balm itself is very nice but I will never buy it again

I usually check before ordering but this time I didn’t. Bought it as UK made which it is not. Also says it has only 4 ingredients but it’s scented and that’s not listed as an ingredient. Should have gone for the Scottish one and will now. As a moisturiser I can’t say how it is but it’s a marketing con.

Product eventually arrived. Claimed in their advertising made in UK , came from China ! Not even same brand name complete con .

I waited 3 weeks for my Harvest and Hive tallow and honey balm only to be sent two pots of Green and Sister citrus balm. I feel like it's a cheap version of what I ordered.

To be honest I didn't even want to give 1 star,I have no order no tracking number,I've left 2 emails and 2 messages,they simply are not answering none of them,in their policy you can cancel within 14 days which i did,but nothing,luckily I have dates when emails were sent,as I feel like they are waiting for the 14 days are up then messaged me,yes I know I can return items,but they sent me a message saying I will get a tracking number in the next couple of days,nothing hence why I sent emails,so feel like I've been scammed out of my money,so well done 👏 I will definitely NOT be recommending you,and will tell people not to buy

Purchased the Harvest and Hive tallow balm manufactured in the UK. That last bit was a big part of why I bought from this company. What I received was Terra Lotus tallow balm manufactured in USA. It might be perfectly good, but it isn’t what I ordered and paid for. I genuinely feel like I’ve been a victim of blatant false advertising.
