My burger was half cooked I didn't ask for a medium rare I get home I start eating my burger and then I see pink meat couldn't finish eating it.

I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 cokes for 41.50. The burgers were missing half the stuff and the fries were cold and starchy. I emailed them and they sent me a coupon for 1 hamburger. Are you kidding. The whole order was bad. Filed a claim with my bank for a refund. They have an F rating on the BBB.

The staff is friendly, helpful, accommodating! The place is clean and inviting. Love, love their veggie burgers!! It is a fulfilling meal. It was a long time before I was hungry again.

Is this company real? Placed an order with them and then had questions. I have reached out to the company for the last 4 weeks trying to get some simple matters resolved, and no one is answering. I don't think they exist?
