Joe called out and was brilliant - I had ink Marks on the sofa and delighted I got them removed and the sofa is lovely again! Brilliant service

I have several policies with Guardsman and could not rate them highly enough. I have never encountered any problems with their customer service team and they have always been extremely helpful. I have a two very expensive ochre coloured soft leather settees. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, my daughter, along with her cat, temporarily moved back in with us. The cat is well behaved, but despite covering the settees, accidents with his claws proved inevitable. I have had to make three claims (which Guardsman merged as one call-out) to have the scratches attended to. This was never a problem and was dealt with most efficiently. The first upholsterer who attended to the more severe scratches, was unhappy at just filling the scratches and recommended new coverings instead. After a couple a 2/3 months wait, the material arrived from Italy. A second upholsterer arrived, by the name of Darren Hale. I found him most professional, polite, and personable. He fitted the two replacement arm leathers with great care and efficiency. My husband and I are absolutely delighted with his work. He has done an amazing job. The chairs now look exactly as they did when they were first bought a year and a half ago. Thank you. I can’t rate Guardsman enough along with their expert fitters!

I had spilled red wine over a cream leather sofa, and it was not noticed until the following morning. I was convinced the stain would not be removable and that I would need to replace that section of the sofa. The Guardsman engineer called around and said he can remove it, I was still not convinced. It took two visits, to complete the work, but true to his word, the stain is completely gone, no evidence whatsoever of the wine spillage. Thank you Guardsman for excellent engineers and service.

Had a problem with my leather sofa which I thought I would have to buy again. Setting up the claim was problematic, had to resend my forms so set up a signed on delivery second time- result. Had a call from a guardsman technician asking if he could drop in and see the sofa. He took his time with the repair and as a favor treated the whole sofa with protective cream and polish. It looks brand new. Very pleased with the service, top man!

Paul came to assess the damage to the sofa, very friendly and knows his stuff, I asked what the next steps were and he was extremely informative.

I can highly recommend Wesley from Furnipro. He was very polite, courteous and efficient. Did an excellent job of replacing an armrest on my bed settee where my cat had clawed the material.
