Thank you for bringing these serious concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the misleading company information, poor shipping practices, and substandard product quality you experienced. We understand your frustration regarding the discrepancy between your location (California) and our stated business address, as well as the unexpected use of overseas shipping providers that extended your delivery timeline. These are legitimate concerns we take seriously. We want to clarify that our company is U.S.-based and operates domestically. The jersey quality issues you described—including the microfiber material and printed sequins instead of genuine embellishments—fall short of our standards and your expectations. We would genuinely like to resolve this matter and restore your trust. Please contact us directly with your order information so we can provide appropriate compensation and address these operational gaps. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We deeply apologize for the significant issues you encountered—delayed delivery, incorrect item, inadequate return policy communication, and unresolved refund processing. We acknowledge the serious concerns: (1) extended shipping timeline, (2) product mismatch upon arrival, (3) refusal of return requests with insufficient alternatives, and (4) false refund claim despite four weeks passing without credit to your account. These failures in communication, transparency, and follow-through are inexcusable. You deserved a full refund and proper resolution from the start. We would like to immediately investigate your account and process a complete refund with expedited handling. Please reply with your order number so we can rectify this situation without further delay. Your feedback is invaluable, and we sincerely appreciate the opportunity to address these operational failures.

Could you please verify your order information so we can determine if this was indeed placed with us? We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in delivering your order placed on December 2, 2025. We understand your frustration—your Christmas gift should have arrived well before the holiday. We take full responsibility and extend our apologies for the shipping carrier delays that impacted your delivery timeline. This is unacceptable, and we recognize the disappointment this caused. We would like to make this right immediately. Please contact us with your order number so we can provide appropriate compensation for this service failure. Response from Grishko· Jan 2, 2026

We sincerely apologize for this serious breach of trust. An order placed over a month ago should have been delivered or refunded long ago. Your repeated emails going unanswered is unacceptable, and we understand your frustration completely. We recognize that your Christmas gift became a financial concern rather than a joy—that is our failure, not yours. Your decision to pursue a refund through your bank is justified given our lack of response and accountability. We take this matter with the utmost seriousness. Please provide your order details immediately so we can process a full refund without further delay and investigate how this communication breakdown occurred. Your trust is invaluable, and we are committed to making this right.

To help us serve you better going forward, please share your order number so we can provide you with a detailed tracking update and ensure this reaches you as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and for giving us the opportunity to make this right.

We deeply regret the communication breakdown regarding your sizing chart request. Receiving four unanswered emails demonstrates a critical failure in our customer service operations, and we take full accountability. We recognize that detailed sizing specifications are fundamental to your purchasing decision, particularly for a premium item at this price point. Your concern about fit and value is entirely justified, and our inability to provide this basic information within a reasonable timeframe was unacceptable. Effective immediately, we have reviewed and strengthened our email response protocols to ensure inquiries receive timely attention. We would welcome the opportunity to assist you now with precise sizing guidance, fabric dimensions, and fit recommendations tailored to your needs. Please reply with your contact information and sizing preferences, and our customer service team will prioritize your request personally. We stand committed to delivering the responsiveness and transparency you deserve.
