after 4 week I didn`t recive my gripad shopping

Dear Rafael, I apologize for the delay. It can take some time to clear customs when shipped from the US to Spain; especially during the holidays.

I just order my second pair not long after my first pair// which was not even a month old// before it started to rip// the front cloth needs to be a lot stronger//

Dear Mehmet Aka, You product was shipped to Turkey on Sep 17th and tracking has been emailed to you. Usually it could take around 14 business days for international orders to arrive, however, it really depends on the local postal service in Turkey. Hopefully it shall arrive shortly. Best regards,
