I ordered GrillRescue gloves in June, and now it’s almost September — I still haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted the company more than 10 times, and every reply is an automated message saying my order is “on the way.” No tracking number, no shipment, and no real customer service. They also send daily spam emails promoting more products. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

In July of 2026 I responded to an ad on FOX stating to purchase a pair of rescue gloves for half price and receive a pair free by using the FOX code on the order. I received one pair only. I contacted the company and received a response they would look into it. After many followups, I still only recieve the response "support is looking into it" via email. I really don't think they are going to honor their false ad. I like the products, even though they are pricey, and have purchased them for myself and given them as gifts. However, with the poor to non-existent customer support, I will not place any more orders. It's a shame they could care less about retaining customers.

I gave 1 star because there wasn't a 0 option. We placed an order on July 8, 2026 for the griddle brushes. We've never received anything - called twice in July & 3 times in Aug. At this point, we no longer want the order, but concerned it will arrive in the middle of winter. They have our credit card #, but no one answers phone calls or thru website, so no way to even cancel. HORRIBLE SERVICE (ACTUALLY THERE IS NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER). At the very least, a reputable company would communicate something, anything!

I had originally rated the product as lacking. The grill brush heads pop off while using in a normal fashion. The Customer Service Manager got in touch with me. She wanted more details on what happened with the product. I explained what happened, and aided documentation with pictures and eventually video. She said they were going to "make it right" and send me a new one. That was July 2nd. Not only is the product faulty, their customer service, specifically C**** Customer Sercice Manager, needs to understand what customer service is and is Not. She talked a good game but in the end was all smoke and no fire.

Mentioning that the order was purchased through **GMA Deals & Steals** adds important context and may get more attention from readers. **★☆☆☆☆ 1 Star** I purchased a Grill Rescue product through the **GMA Deals & Steals** promotion and have been extremely disappointed with the experience. My order included an Enthusiast Bundle and a Grate Brush. When the shipment arrived, the Grate Brush was missing even though it was included on my order and paid for in full. After contacting customer service, I was told the missing item was temporarily out of stock but had been restocked and would ship that week. I was also told I would receive tracking information once it shipped. That was over two weeks ago. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting an update, shipping confirmation, or tracking number. Those emails have gone unanswered. I still have not received the missing item, have not received any tracking information, and have not been given any indication of when, or if, the order will be completed. Inventory issues can happen. What is unacceptable is taking payment for an item, failing to deliver it, and then providing no meaningful communication despite repeated requests for assistance. At this point, I am considering filing a chargeback with my credit card company due to the lack of fulfillment and lack of customer service response. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Grill Rescue. **Date of experience:** August 2026

Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever done business with. Placed a $200 order on July 4th. I have yet to receive anything! I complained on their own site and FB, I got two different people to reach out. Both said the order would ship in 1-2 days. That was August 8th. Still nothing as of August 19th. Order #: GR1018649

It has been 6 WEEKS and I still do not have my products. I requested a refund and they said the order was still processing and will ship soon. As a military veteran, I really want to support this company, however they lack any business/customer skills whatsoever. Do NOT buy from them.
