I keep getting charged a monthly fee even though I canceled my service and every time I try and cancel it online or delete my account it tells me there’s an issue

Horrible. I NEVER received a call from my pharmacy to pick up the glp-1 medication and I’ve been since charged through Klarna. So basically I was ripped off over $1200!!! So my experience, is they’re asking with KLARNA a SCAM!

Things were going good, and then 6 months in, you required a doctor check-in to reissue the prescription and every has been f-ed up since and it was a horrible, stressful thing to endure and your CHAT WINDOW DOES NOT WORK ON MY COMPUTER. I CANNOT SCROLL DOWN, USE THE DOWN-ARROW, GRAB THE SCROLL SLIDE OR ANYTHING. THE TEXT IN IT IS CUTOFF ON THE RIGHT SIDE LIKE I CAN'T READ EVERYTHING. I HAVE TOLD YOU THIS MULTIPLE TIMES. SO WE HAVE NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH DOCTORS, WHICH WAS ANOTHER STRESS AND PAIN, AND WE HAD TO CALL, WHICH WAS LIKE REINVENTING THE WHEEL ON THE PHONE CALL. EVER SINCE, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE MEDICATION. THE CIALIS (GENERIC) TOOK A WHILE TO TITRATE UP ON MY SYSTEM, AND NOW I HAVE LOST THAT AND WILL HAVE TO START OVER. NOT TO MENTION THE WEAR AND TEAR ON MY BODY ON THE MED, OFF THE MED, ON THE MED AND SO ON. WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE NEED A COMMITTED PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR, TO MAKE SURE NO ONE DROPS THE BALL, LIKE YOU HAVE. WORST DOCTOR/TREATMENT EXPERIENCE EVER IN MY 59 YEARS.

Was fine until the 6th month then they would not give me the discount. They upped my Foundayo pills to over $600! Had to cancel and go to Ro.
