Ggg and the reason

I won't know until glasses come.

It said free shipping if I buy more than 40 dollar. Was not applied on my order.

The website was fine. It was nice to be able to enter my prescription. I am not happy you don't take insurance and the only reason I placed the order is you have the discontinued frames I needed to replace. Thank you for asking and for your time. :)

More expensive than competitors

After ordering I was later notified my order has now been backordered. This is fine, but a few weeks later I still had not heard anything so contacted them. My order had just been shipped that day and I would receive it Friday. It is now Sunday and I still have not received my order. I do like the quality of products. I ordered this pair of glasses before and my friend likes them so much I ordered a pair for him.

First order, haven't received product yet so can't review.. Update: It is now 10/25, a little over a month since my purchase and I have not yet received my item. I received an email on 10/6 stating that the item I purchased, which showed 'In Stock' at the time of purchase, was on backorder. Apparently now expected sometime in November.. I don't believe this is a scam site but I'm not pleased with the service either.
