Great products and excellent customer service... I am a repeat customer and on airplanes I am frequently asked by seat-mates about the reading light, where I got it, etc. I am happy to recommend Glocusent. Their customer service reps respond in minutes, not days, and react to issues and concerns. Very impressive.

The neck light came promptly and is exactly as advertised. It works well and helps with crafts such as knitting etc at night. I would recommend it.

Compared many everyhwere: Thomann, Amazon, ebay, even AliExpress and finally, after checking many evenings, chose the new stand light from Glocusent. Well *bummer* out of stock :( Nooooooo ;D Contacted support... Most companies would say wait until... not so here, they managed to get me two in a very short time. THANKS! <3 PS: And, yes!, it is as awesome as advertised so far. As a technical person I am very curious how long the batteries will last...
