Purchase glasses a week ago, received an email today saying my glasses are being shipped from Europe and will take at LEAST another two weeks before they receive them, and then process and ship them to me.... Why sell me a product you don't have? I could have purchased from a different site and received them already. Don't waste your time with site. Not professional!!!

The lie about shipping times as they stock from Europe. So when they say 1 - 4 days processing time - they mean a month without letting customers know. They will later send you an email saying the glasses are on the wrong continent and this is causing a delay of up to 15 days. Also they will make you jump through hoops if paying with a debt card if the shipping address and the banking address is not the same. This is not shown on the website. Overall a bad experience with the call centre. Friendly but not helpful.

Worse shipping ever, been already 2 weeks and they still haven't ships out my order. I contacted them few times and they all said the same thing, sorry for the delays... I would rate this website 0 star if I can.

I order glasses on Wednesday and went to the website to check the order status: Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0115' Unexpected error /iis_errors/http_500_100_gow.asp A trappable error (C0000005) occurred in an external object. Can't even get a number or email to customer service.

Absolutely horrible! They try and upsell you upon submitting your order, putting your order on hold for 5-10 days to hold your order hostage until you decide to spend more. I chose NOT to upgrade so they put my order on hold a second time! I refused the ugrade again (which was an anti-reflective coating for my lenses) and they cancelled my order. Now I have to back track to ensure they have charged my Credit Card a refund. HEADACHE!!!

We are sorry to find out that you had bad experience with our company, but let me assure your, that we never take your order as a hostage. We never charge our customers credit cars until we are ready to ship the product (We make the charge the moment we stick the shipping label on the box). Sometime , when we order frames from manufacture, they inform us that that specific frame is on back order and it will take extra time to get it. That is why you received the message that your order will be delayed(At this point we state in the email that you can cancel the order right away since we can't deliver it promptly). We never up sale our customers, after we received the order. Only if we see that customer selected wrong lenses or we think that for specific frames other lenses may be more suitable , only in this case we will contact and propose better choice. But it's up to our customers to take our advise or not , we will never force.
