I want my refund it’s been since November...this website is a scam

I placed my order a week ago. I have received notification that my order shipped, but tracking says the post office is still waiting for it. No reply from the company.

I was sent the wrong frame size and contacted customer service right away. They told me they would send a return label right away for me to return it and get the correct size that I ordered. It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten the label. I’ve sent two more emails with no reply and I have left to voice messages. I know mistakes happen. But now I’m getting no response and I am not happy about that.

1. They sent the wrong frames 2. They asked for the wrong frames back before they would send the correct frames. 3. Correct frames have not arrived 4. Multiple emails. Delays in answering 5. Finally told out of stock. Frustrating...

Scam. I was tricked into a duplicate order. Paid through Sezzle who debited my bank card immediately for the first installment- they won't refund until they get a response from the merchant. Merchant is GlassesEtc Their phone number does not exist. Their customer service number does not respond to calls and no contact person is available. I had to have my bank refund the money as a fraud claim.

After not hearing a word about my order shopping I reached out for an update to then find out the product was back ordered. I asked to cancel and have my order refunded before it was delivered MANY times. Finally They said they would refund, then didn’t. The order showed up and now I’m battling them on letting me return the item I still don’t want. I will be getting my credit card company involved.
