Good looking product cooks well. Pan is not completely flat on a surface. It rocks slightly.

Hey! Really glad the pan is cooking well for you — that's what matters most! Greetings, Team TitanCore.

I’m usually skeptical about health stuff but my psa numbers dropped after I switched cookware. Didn’t change diet or meds so yeah that says something to me.
Response from Titancore· Feb 27, 2026
Hi, Thank you for sharing something so personal — and we completely understand the skepticism, which makes your experience all the more meaningful. PSA levels are something many men monitor closely, and we're genuinely glad to hear yours have moved in a positive direction. We'd always encourage you to continue working with your doctor and keeping up with regular monitoring, but it's encouraging to hear that eliminating potential chemical exposure from your cookware may have played a role. Sometimes the simplest changes can make a quiet but real difference, and we're proud that TitanCore could be part of your story. Here's to continued good health! Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Was good as far as non stick concerned but burnt on bit when browning steak hard to clean off
Response from Titancore· Feb 27, 2026
Hi, Thank you for your honest feedback — and we're glad the non-stick performance has been impressing you! Browning steak can sometimes leave stubborn residue even on the best cookware, as high heat searing naturally creates more contact with the surface. A couple of tips that may help next time: allow the pan to cool slightly before cleaning, then soak briefly with warm water — most residue will lift away easily from there. Avoiding very high heat and using a small amount of oil when searing can also make a noticeable difference. If you continue to experience difficulty please don't hesitate to reach out at [email protected] and we'll be happy to walk you through getting the very best out of your pan. Greetings from The TitanCore Team!

Pan is as advertised. I do have to get used to lowering the heat as I’ve fried foods at a higher temp in other pans and that causes some small problem with sticking BUT, I’m learning to adjust and it works great when I remember to slightly lower the temp when frying.
Response from Titancore· Feb 12, 2026
Thank you for your feedback! We are thrilled to hear that the pan is performing as advertised. You are exactly right—titanium is highly efficient at retaining heat, so lowering the temperature slightly is the key to preventing sticking. We appreciate you sharing your experience as you adjust your cooking style. Happy cooking! Best regards, The TitanCore Team [email protected]

So far the pan appears to be working well and, while there's probably a learning curve, the non-stick quality is pretty good. Unfortunately the pan arrived slightly damaged with a couple of scratches in the surface around the sides likely caused by shipping the handle inside the pan but it not being packaged properly (I could hear it rattling before it was unpacked). For a premium priced pan, this was quite disappointing.
Response from Titancore· Feb 12, 2026
"We appreciate your feedback and are glad the non-stick quality is working well for you so far. However, we are very sorry the pan arrived with scratches due to improper packaging. We agree that a premium product should arrive in perfect condition, and we will address this with our fulfillment team immediately. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can send you a giftcard and make this right. Best regards, The TitanCore Team

Once I received the pan, it seems to be a good quality but it took a very long time to receive my order. I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas and when I ordered they had an estimated delivery date several days before Christmas. 3 of the 4 pans that I ordered were gifts and I did not receive them until over two weeks after Christmas. Now I will have to pay an extra shipping charge on each of them to send to the recipients.
Response from Titancore· Jan 25, 2026
Dear Leslie, We sincerely apologize for the significant delivery delay and the frustration this caused, especially with your Christmas gifts. We understand how disappointing it is to miss the holiday deadline and now face additional shipping costs. This isn't the experience we want for our customers. We're glad the pans are good quality, but we know that doesn't make up for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer service team - we'd like to make this right for you. Greetings, TitanCore

I started with one pan and one lid. I wanted to see if all the hype held up before purchasing additional items. Upon receiving my order, the lid was damaged. I was disappointed, but took pictures and emailed the company. I had quick response and professional, courteous, customer service (from Miquel). It took some time but I received a replacement lid. Meanwhile, I had time to use my skillet/pan. While it's not 100% non stick, let's face it, nothing is; it has some incredible features. It's important to use it on medium heat. Too high would damage any cooking utensil. I always, preheat and then add ghee or other cooking fat to coat the pan. Clean up is easy using dish detergent and steel wool scrubber. Anyhow, I like the product and have since ordered and received the wok as well. Yes, I too like so many reviewers think it's a bit over priced, but if it last as long as it should (and I believe it will) I will continue to be satisfied with my Titanium cookware.

Dear Ken, Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We sincerely apologize for the damaged lid, but we're glad Miguel provided quick and professional service to make it right. Your approach is spot-on - medium heat, preheating, and a coating of fat are the keys to success. We appreciate your realistic expectations and understanding that proper care makes all the difference. It's wonderful that you were so satisfied with your first pan that you added the wok to your collection! We're confident your TitanCore cookware will serve you well for many years to come. 🍳 Greetings, TitanCore

Not as Non-Stick as expected from Marketing FLUFF!! I have had the 10.2” and 11.8” TitanCore pans with lids since 30Sep2025. Both pans perform quite well, with the personal adjustment to turn the heat down a notch from previous cooking experiences (~Med versus Med-High), when warming the pan and starting cooking. Also, Searing ANYTHING (especially our favorites - tuna steaks), Frying sausages and ham slices, etc, requires A LOT more elbow grease to clean the ‘blackened’ bits from the ’hammered’ indentations (even after soaking full of hot water overnight, and using a woven stainless steel scrub ‘cloth’), than expected for pans even peripherally marketed as ‘non-stick’! Just be prepared for likely more clean up than TitanCore infers in their marketing materials. Otherwise… it’s all good!

Dear Seamus, Thank you for your detailed and honest feedback! We appreciate you sharing your real-world experience after several months of use. You're absolutely right - adjusting to medium heat is key, and we hear you on the cleanup for seared items like tuna steaks. While titanium offers incredible durability and health benefits, high-heat searing does require more scrubbing than traditional non-stick, especially in those hammered indentations. We could do better at setting those expectations upfront. Bar Keeper's Friend can help with stubborn spots. We're glad the pans are performing well overall, and we genuinely appreciate your candid review! 🍳 Greetings, TitanCore
