Ordered and paid for 2 cheese boards on 23rd November 2024. Still no sign of them and have been told they are on their way twice now. I will be seeking a full refund.

Ordered a charcuterie board Late 2024 - the tracking said it made it NZ before Christmas but it is now late Jan & it hasn’t arrived. Follow up emails have said another one is on the way, then an issue with the manufacturing process. Am seeking a refund!

Ordered a Cheese Board late November, have not received it, they say its in Australia, however can't tell me what distribution company its with, its odd because Ive ordered many things from other companies overseas and they have arrived within a week or 2. This was a xmas present and totally ruined. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOCONSIDER BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not sending the correct item, scam !!!

Shocking mis-representation. Ordered some ice-cube moulds that were supposed to be shaped like Christmas Tree Ornaments. Instead got plain, small spherical moulds. No special pattern on the ice at all.

Ordered a magnetic iphone tripod and sent a different tripod, no use for me. After complaining they have been offering me 3$, 5$ and now 8$ refund to compensate "my problem" (excuse me, you have sent a wrong item). Unbelievable. I have opened a case in Paypal and see it they can get me a full refund. Shame on these Galacvy guys!
