Absolutely Awful Company

Absolutely Awful Company. Like others before and after me, I placed an order with FunnyFuzzy for two sofa covers, and some 6 weeks later nothing has arrived and there appears to be little chance anything ever will. The money for the order was taken from my account by their bank very quickly after I'd placed the order, that has now been confirmed by my bank, and it’s probably the only action that has been taken by this company. I was sending them emails and getting no response until I asked my bank to contacted them and suddenly I get an email from FunnyFunny Customer Services to inform that one of my covers, not both, is on its way. Since then I have received a tracking number which gives me information that the order has been returned to sender!! I can’t imagine I will ever see the products I ordered, so now I have, via another email to them, requested my order to be cancelled and my money returned. Will they refund my money? I doubt it. Fortunately my bank has been very supportive in this matter, so if you too are experiencing similar issues with the company contact your bank for advice and help. If you’ve not yet placed an order with this company, DON’T!! They should be shut down completely.
