Do not buy from this website. I have placed an order and after three weeks, which is over the shipping and fulfilment window, there has been no progress to my order, nor has anyone from the customer services replied to my emails asking about the older. I would avoid!

Never again. Zero updates. Inactive tracking number. Lied when said shipped. 3 emails no reply. No product Raised dispute with bank and got refund. AVOID !!!

J'ai commandé un panier de transport et des accessoires. Le panier a été livré avec une fermeture cassée et avec un délais de 2 mois, je n'ai jamais reçu les accessoires. Malgré mes relances, je n'ai rien reçu et ça fait 6 mois. Je viens de demander le remboursement de la totalité, j'attends. Je déconseille ce site, surtout ne commandez rien sur ce site, ce n'est pas du tout sérieux, ce sont des arnaqueurs !!

This company have been the worst I have ever had to deal with . I ordered a dog bed but it took 2 months to arrive no communication s from the Company and tracking didn't work surprise surprise!! I emailed them the day it arrived to request a refund by emailing them as told to do so by the company's refund policy, as unfortunately my dog had passed and I was grieving and not in a good place . I had not even opened it ,I just wanted to return it , I emailed them 4 times over 3 weeks to be given a ticket number twicr and they would get back to me , surprise surprise they didn't. As I paid through PayPal I opened a case on it and surprise when PayPal emailed them they replied within 2 days to them . Stated to PayPal I would receive a full refund and gave me the address to finally return it . I paid £8.95 to return it so now out of pocket of over £80 for PayPal to say the case is closed and they sided with funnyfuzz . I am disgusted also with the attitude of PayPal as they obviously haven't read my case . As they stated they sided with company as the item was as described. That wasn't my complaint I hadn't even opened .it was I wanted a refund from day 1 but funnyfuzz just ignored me . So I now have no bed and no refund absolute joke . AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered two dog beds, the first arrived and was terrible quality. It looked nothing like the picture whatsoever. Second bed was delayed so I told them to cancel and refund me. Still not had the refund even though they agreed to process it weeks ago. No longer replying to any of my emails, I’ve had to report them to my bank.

Since the company only seems to respond to reviews on Trustpilot and not to emails, I have emailed several times regarding my refund following their request to refund it through my PayPal and have still not received a response, and have not yet received a refund. I have given them a deadline and if they have not refunded the money by then I will pursue a chargeback claim through my credit card company. For any other UK customers who have been let down, you can pursue either chargeback or a Section 75 refund through your bank or credit card company, whichever is applicable depending on the value of your order. Your bank or credit card company can refund you and claim the costs from the company's banking provider.

FunnyFuzzy completely ignored my open ticket and dispatched the oversized 3-Seater XL cover the next day anyway. ​Unacceptable Support Delays: Their customer service team took weeks to reply to messages, dragging this process out for over a month. ​Lowball Partial Refund Offers: When I asked for a prepaid return label to fix their oversight, they repeatedly refused and tried to bribe me with lowball 20% and 40% partial refund offers—expecting me to keep paying 60% of the price for a massive, completely unusable product that doesn't fit my sofa. ​The Outrageous Return Demand: ​After weeks of going back and forth, they finally agreed to accept a return, but with a catch: they expect a customer in Dublin, Ireland to pay €50+ out-of-pocket international shipping to return a 3.6 kg parcel to South El Monte, California, USA! They admitted in writing receiving my ticket on the date of dispatch, yet they refuse to cover return shipping or issue a zero-cost replacement. Forcing international customers to bear massive transatlantic shipping fees for a seller dispatch mistake is commercially unreasonable and deceptive. ​Final Verdict: ​FunnyFuzzy has zero accountability for its support delays and internal failures. They lock international customers into buying unusable items by making physical returns financially impossible. ​I have been forced to file a formal bank chargeback via Revolut to recover my money. Save yourself the headache, weeks of frustrating email loops, and lost money—avoid FunnyFuzzy at all costs!
