Ordered a dog bed with cover
Ordered a dog bed with cover. 2 months in, and nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. Horrible customer service, and nothing but empty promises.

Ingen levering efter knap 2 måneder……🤬
Det er nu kamp 2 måneder siden jeg bestilte 2 tæpper til mine sofaer. Stadig ingen levering, selvom pengene blev trukket med det samme. Jeg frygter det er et svindelfortagende og at jeg aldrig ser hverken tæpper eller mine penge, som jeg har bedt om at få retur. Hold jer laaaaaaangt væk fra dette firma🤬

Feels like a scam!
Bought a dog bed in June for nearly $200 and it hasn’t arrived. Tracking number doesn’t work. Two emails asking for help disregarded with no reply at all. SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - I will give 0 star if I could!!
I will give 0 star if I could!! Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order and was told it would be dispatched within 15 days. More than a month later, my order was still showing as pending, I had not received my items, and my emails were ignored. Only after I advised that I would dispute the payment through my credit card provider did I receive a reply claiming the order was "on the way" with a tracking number. However, the tracking never became active and showed no evidence that the parcel had been shipped. After opening a dispute, Funny Fuzzy accepted it and issued a refund. Based on my experience, the communication, shipping process, and customer service were extremely disappointing. Customers should be very cautious before placing an order.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY! If I could give no stars I would. I ordered a dog bed back in early June, it's now August and it hasn't even been shipped yet, still at 'order pending'. There is no customer service; no one responds to emails. I don't care if this thing is lined with gold it would not be worth waiting this long and stressing about if I'd ever see this dog bed - based off other reviews I reckon it's a safe bet that I've overspent considering the quality of the products being mentioned.

Really disappointed, don’t bother wasting your time
Really disappointed and wish I had read the reviews before ordering from the glossy and slick facebook marketing. Ordered two beds under order number FF36127U. Checked terms and conditions and understood that it could be up to 15 working days before these would be dispatched and yet over a month and a bit later, I have had no update to any tracking information and emails go unanswered. I absolutely would not bother ordering from this company again and I am speaking to my Credit Card company about return of the funds. Save yourself the hassle and just spend the money buying a bed from your local Pet store. At least you know it’ll arrive!
