Had to wait a while to receive order but they kept me informed as there was a hold up. Very much appreciated the product was as it was advertised will deal with these woof suppliers again. Thank you

Je viens de recevoir le lit douillet pour ma whypet et c'est un super produit. Le délai de livraison est un peu trop long à mon goût et le manque de communication au sujet de la livraison pas top non plus. À améliorer

GREAT QUALITY The quality of the product is great and my dog is happy! All in all I am happy! The packaging was vacuum-packed and difficult to open/unfold. And, it took much longer to get here than I expected. ( In fairness, I did not check to see what the timeline would be like.)

Nice covers but it took so long to recieve it without adequate updates I was about to cancel my order. Was not expecting it to take a month. Better communication would have been helpful

The couch cover is very nice. fits well and looks nice on our couch. The no slip bottom keeps it in place. Only issue I had was that it took over a month to arrive.
