Great company to deal with, my delivery was late and they chased the courier for my delivery. They also emailed after I had placed my order with a chance to change the size. Also once I had received my order they emailed again to make sure I’d received. Not many companies give that amount of care to their customers. The coats I have ordered for my adventurous poodle are the best out there to keep him clean and dry, great products and great service.

I ordered a reflective coat but was small for my dog. The customer service provided has been outstanding. Now I am looking forward to receiving the bigger item. Quality wise it was great but the water repellent qualities have not been tested yet since the item didn’t fit

I made a big mistake when I purchased online as I didn’t select my colour. I didn’t realize this until I got my confirmation of shipping email. They replied to me instantly, swapped my order without question and sent me my new item. It obviously took longer to ship but still arrived before Christmas. My dog and I both love this addition to the house.

I love this dog coat. It is easy to put on and great to know that whatever the weather we can go for a walk and be comfortable. My dog is retriever/ Labrador size and the Large fits well
