I purchased a course that was on sale (around 20$) which I really like! A month later I realised that 97$ was deducted from my creditcard, which apparently is for an automated trial period. I was quite angry because I couldn’t clearly read this anywhere when purchasing the course. Afterwards I realised that this was written in their terms. I contacted them via WhatsApp and got an answer the same day! I explained the situation and she ensured that the 97$ were transferred back to my account. Really good service and I was happy for their understanding! Thanks a lot !
