I made a deposit and waited for 7 days for the funds to clear. Once they cleared I initiated a transfer to my onchain wallet and they instantly froze my transers for 1 month! I did the review process and even chatted with them trying to get my transfers unfrozen. So after losing over $10000 the money did no go back to my bank anccount I just ended deleting the account with my loses. I will never use them again.

THIS IS AN ACCOUNT OF WHAT TRANSPIRED BETWEEN MYSELF AND THIS COMPANY FROM FEBRUARY TILL JULY; I INVESTED AS INSTRUCTED BY THE ADVISOR, JEF. AND I WAS ENCOURAGED TO PUT IN MORE AND MORE, TILL I HAD INVESTED A TOTAL OF $28K. ALL WITH ENCOURAGEMENTS, AND ALSO AFTER THE FIRST TWO WEEKS HE SHOWED ME HOW RTO WITHDRAW, WHICH I DID FOR JUST $250, AND IT WORKED. I NEVER KNEW THAT WAS THE BAIT TO LURE ME AND TO BUY MY TRUST, AS I AM OLD AND 2 YEARS BEFORE RETIREMENT. HE WAS VERY PERSONAL SND SOUNDED MORE LIKE SOMEONE LOOKING OUT FOR ME FINANCIALLY, BUT EVER SINCE JULY, WITHDRAWLS NEVER WORKED. THE COMMUNICATION CEASED, BECAUSE THEY TOOK MORE AND ENTIRE CAPITAL I PUT IN WENT UP TO $45K (EXCLUSING CHARGES). I BEGAN MY JOURNEY FINDING A MEANS TO GET THE CAPITAL BACK, AND IN THE FINDINGS BY THE F0LC0. CAPITALS' TEAM THAT WORKED ON MY CASE, WAS UNPLEASANT. THE CONCLUSION WAS I HAD BEEN SCAMMED BADLY. AND FOLLOWING THEIR RECOMMENDATION. I PUSHED FOR LEGAL DISPUTE AND RETRIEVAL OF ALL INVETSED CAPITAL. STARTED SEPT. 23. AND THIS IS THIS WEEK.EVERYTHING IS RETRIEVED. I WISHED I HAD COME HERE EARLIER, PROBABLY I WOULDN'T HAVE COMMITED THAT MUCH IN FTZ.

This company is scamming investors. You can deposit funds with no problem. However, you can't withdraw your same funds unless you deposit an equivalent amount. i.e. let's say you have $50k in your account and want to withdraw $25k. In order to do so, you have to come up with $25k more to retrieve your money. SCAM!!! SCAM!! SCAM!!

I withdrew money on a prior occasion, but when I went to with draw all my funds, they changed the address that I cut and pasted from Coinbase, so the money never was moved back to my account. They claim I input the wrong address, but that's impossible when I cut and past the exact address. Total losses $6k+ SCAM!
