A follow up to my original review.. so when i requested a withdrawal ftuk asked me questions which i answered.. then nothing.. i begged them to send me my profit as i had earned it.. i told them id forfeit on my mortgage payment..: they didnt pay me.. 7000 they took away from me... all those trades were my own, my time.. no doubt they will reply to this to contact them via email to make them look good... I've emailed them a dozen times without response.. heartless company... go on ftuk reply to this one asking me to contact via email..again..

Hello Martyn, After you shared this message: Martyn Saunders: "I want my money back... this is the third company ive gone with... each one ive made money for and each one has denied me my money.. im in a very dark place and i thought your company was my future.. youve just compounded my fragile mental state Just send me back the money i paid for the accounts, thats the decent thing to do at least and keep the profits Nova 13k funded top 8k. Now ftuk having made 4.2k. All making excuses not to pay me out... i cant take this anymore..... For my wife.. Im sorry... it happened again... I've taken screenshots for you I made money honestly again.. and yes excuses not to pay out.. I know.. i know you said... but i trusted this company... im sorry :pensive: My wifes now got all the details of what your company has done to us if anything happens to me. I would like your ceo to email me so i can arrange a meeting and tell them how disappointed and disgusted i am with the treatment ive been given and look them in the eyes and tell them they are about to make a disabled woman homeless As a gesture of goodwill, we issued you a full refund, even though we were under no obligation to do so. We did this because we wanted to support you during what you described as a very difficult time" It is therefore disappointing to now read your updated review. You also stated yourself that this was the third proprietary trading firm where you claimed to have been denied a payout. Given that context, it appears this is not an isolated situation. We genuinely wish you all the best, but we also believe it is important that reviews reflect the full facts of what occurred. We stand by our decision and consider this matter closed. Kind regards, FTUK

I've been trading with this prop firm for the last 6 months. My first payout of $343 was approved, so naturally I trusted them. Then I made around $2,500 in profit, but my payout was rejected. They even used trades from before my first payout as a reason, even though those same trades weren't a problem when they paid me the first time. They gave me a new account, and I accepted it. I worked hard again and made over $4,000. This time I followed the guidance they gave me—not increasing my lot size after a losing trade. But after I requested my payout, they changed the explanation and said martingale means not increasing your overall risk percentage. That's completely different from what I was told earlier. Again, my payout was rejected. They gave me another account, so I started from zero once again. I spent weeks trading and made almost $5,000. And guess what? They're refusing this payout too. After six months of hard work, 300+ trades, and almost $12,000 in profits... what did I get? Nothing. It's honestly heartbreaking. Based on my personal experience, I will never recommend this prop firm to anyone. Guys, please be careful with prop firms like this. Your biggest investment isn't your money, it's your time. Don't let anyone waste it."

Hello Isha, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Regarding the claim that trades from before your first payout were used against you,v our review process covers the current payout cycle. If trades from a previous period were referenced, it was purely for transparency and context, not as grounds for denial. We provided new accounts on multiple occasions as a genuine gesture of goodwill because we wanted to give every opportunity to trade within our guidelines. That is not the behaviour of a firm trying to avoid paying its traders. We stand fully behind our decisions. However we respect your choice. We wish you all the best in your future trading! Kind regards, FTUK

My experience with FTUK has been extremely disappointing. When I purchased the account, the only risk rule that was clearly presented to me was the 5% daily drawdown. I was never clearly informed that a 2% floating loss Account Protector rule could close my account. I managed to build my account up to $19,715 in profit. After that, I had a loss of around $2,000, and FTUK closed my account because of the Account Protector rule. I feel this is unfair because the rule that was emphasized to me was the 5% daily drawdown, which on my account would have been $5,000 per day. Closing an account after making $19,715 in profit because of a $2,000 loss feels unreasonable. Traders deserve full transparency about all important rules before purchasing an account, not after they have already spent time building their account.

They sent me a surprise violation email and rejected my payout. But they offered me a brand new account and said here you go you .I don't need another of their fake accounts since they don't payout. I have all the screenshot and emails they these people are shady and SCAMERS.Stay a way and don't waste your money and time.

THIS IS MY SECOND ATEMPT TO WRITE A REVIEW - THEY FLAG IT THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY They let you trade. They let you make profit (2000 USD+ in my case for a 25k USD account). The main issue occurs when you request your first a payment. They find anti scaling patterns (BS), they find HFT violations even if you trade very volatile instruments like Gold, that can take out your stop loss in seconds, etc. Their analysis is taking a lot. So in the end, they are scammers. Beware, they are scammers and it doesn’t worth the time, or money! PS: Also their response is BS. Beware.

Hello Calin Vlasin, You closed 10 trades in under 30 seconds. We shared our FAQ and trading rules with you clearly. Closing trades under 30 seconds is not allowed and falls under our prohibited tick scalping policy. You knowingly breached the rules. This decision was not based on your profits. It was based on clear rule breaches on your account. Kind regards, FTUK

100% don’t use this prop firm. Not transparent with their rules. They will gas light you.. make you wait mins to hours for a response. If you ask questions they won’t give you a direct answer . Payouts are a drag.. the rules are worthless.. even when you do everything you’ll have to do more and more. Don’t do it!!!!! They responded to my post.. saying my payout will be received in 3 hours… it had in fact been 3 hours and I have no payout . They’re more worried about how they are viewed as oppose to actually care and support the ones who make their company stay afloat! Stay away from this platform there are too many hidden ills to ignore.

Update 15/06/2026 Hello Derick, Just to provide a final update for transparency: your payout was successfully processed and received on the same day after the Rise invite was accepted. We understand the frustration caused by the delay and confusion around the cancellation/reprocessing requests, but we’re glad we could ultimately resolve this for you. We always aim to support our traders fairly and appreciate your feedback. Best regards, FTUK 12/06/2026 Hello Derick, We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we do want to clarify the situation transparently. Your payout request was initially approved by our team. After the approval, you contacted us requesting the payout to be cancelled, and later asked for it to be processed again. This back-and-forth is what caused the delay in the payout process. We have just checked the status again and can confirm that you have already accepted the Rise invite. This means your payout is now being processed and should arrive in your account within approximately 3 hours. Our support team always aims to assist traders as quickly and clearly as possible, and we appreciate your patience throughout the process. Best regards, FTUK
